This calculator does vehicle OTD (Out of The Door) and Pre-TTL (Tax, Title and License) Price conversion (both ways) in all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska. The numbers calculated by this tool are intended to be used as a guidance which is in ball-park with the exact numbers in final deal you will enter. You may also use this tool to check a deal's quality, design your deal and share your designed deal with seller or buyer to help your price negotiation.

This calculator can be used in the following ways to help you:

Pre-TTL and OTD Price Conversion (Both Ways)

To start, simply enter either Pre-TTL Price or OTD Price box, then click Submit button. If you entered both prices, OTD price will be ignored and be converted from Pre-TTL price you enter.

Check Quality of a Deal

Enter both Pre-TTL price and MSRP price and % off field will automatically show % savings off MSRP price.

Design Your Desired Deal

After MSRP number is entered, you may design your desired Pre-TTL price by adjusting the number in % off field. Then press submit button, you will get OTD price estimate as well. Then you may share your desired deal with seller to negotiate price.

Share Your Desired Deal

You may share the calculated deal numbers by copying and sending Shareable Link of This Page, in addition to all the numbers entered or calculated, the link may also keep track of source product information if you enter Product Name and/or Product URL above, that way, anybody who receives that link will instantly understand the full picture (pricing and source product) of your desired deal.

• Approximation: in each state, on top of state tax, each county or city may charge their own tax and fee as well, in order to make it simple, tax and fee rates used by this calculator makes approxmiate average total tax and fee rates including county/city/local rates across chosen state, some of county/city/local tax and fees may be omitted. Vehicle Type: some states may charge different fees on different types of vehicles, this calculator assumes vehicle type as passenger car.
