中國學者、香港中文大學（深圳）全球與當代中國高等研究院長鄭永年近日在《大灣區評論》發表文章，預測未來 #中美关系 將迎來10大機遇，其中包括兩國關係由「脫鉤」轉向「融合」，並可能在台灣問題上透過談判達成新的共識，即所謂的「第四公報」。
