#上海房价 已经跌到2018年水平。

案例：房主2015年入手的房子，地处松江新桥，靠近闵行，入手价接近2万每平米。缺点是靠近机场，飞机噪声大。2024年元宵节后出手，挂牌价355万，买家要价325万。最后成交价在每平米3万左右。
