People in Washington is stuck in the mentality of strong Dollar

He predicts the exchange rate of dollar will adjust to market rate which is 20%-30% lower than what it is today. As of today, USD-CNY exchange rate is 1 USD = 7.25 CNY, if the rate falls by 20%-30% as he predicted, it's going to be 1 USD = 5.08 - 5.8 CNY
