据乌通社报道，西涅古博夫10日说，占领哈尔科夫州仍然是俄军主要目标。该州战况近期并未出现大的变化，俄军未能前进一步，但乌俄双方在该州北部、东北部和东南部伊久姆地区的激烈战斗仍在继续。乌方正在该州夜以继日加强防御能力。
