Our mission is to build an auto-reply engine that automatically reads and replies emails. As of now, we focus on developing capabilities to understand and reply car shopping and leasing related emails.
Right now, ReplyBot API includes Reader Bot API which includes the following sub-APIs:
- Vehicle Price Quotes Reader API, extracts vehicle and price quotes information, if any, from input text or html. By making a
POST
request with either a URL or a full text/html to /api/v1/reader_bot/get_vehicle_price_quotes
you can retrieve a list of vehicle price quotes from given URL or text / html body.
- Vehicle Dealer Info Reader API extracts vehicle dealer information, if any, from input text or html. By making a
POST
request with either a URL or a full text or html body to /api/v1/reader_bot/get_dealer_info
you can retrieve a list of dealers from a given URL or text / html body.
Unique Advantages
- While other entity extraction API vendors (such as Lexalytics or ParallelDots) usually extract general entities (people, places, dates, companies, products, jobs, and titles), we are specialized in extracting vehicle and price quotes entities and their relationship from documents
- While other entity extraction API vendors usually process text form documents only, our API is capable to process both HTML and text form of documents
Use Cases
- Empower Your Chatbot NLU to Understand Pricing Intent say you are developing a chatbot for a car dealer, integrating Reader Bot API into your chatbot's NLU will immediately give it the power of identifying pricing intent of customers. The accuracy of pricing intent will be at level of vehicle year make and model and customer's desired price quotes.
- Collect Competitive Vehicle Pricing Data Automatically, say you have access to raw documents data with vehicle pricing either vehicle shopping email messages or a set of car dealer web pages, ,then you may use Reader Bot API to process these documents quickly and automatically build a vehicle and price quotes database. for example, the table below is a summary view from an automatically-built vehicle price quote database, the view shows number of quotes, minimum quote price and % off MSRP for all Ford models in a certain geographical area in a certain time frame.
